Chef Wesley was born & raised in Mobile, Alabama – the birthplace of Mardi Gras. He also spent part of his high school years growing up in Houma, Louisiana. The experience of being surrounded by such a rich culture & taking part in many Mardi Gras festivities are memories he will cherish forever. Mardi Gras day is fast approaching and Chef is bringing a taste of Mardi Gras and Creole-Cajun cuisine to the BHB Supper Club!
