Hello! My name is Emily Erin Jackson and I was born right here in the great city of Cleveland, Tennessee. My life growing up in Bradley County has been a wonderful experience. The landscapes and attractions in Southeast Tennessee have much to offer residents and visitors.

Since graduating high school in 2017, I have been attending Lee University. I am currently a senior Public Relations major with aspirations to graduate in December 2020.  In addition to this, I am interning at the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce under the supervision of Melissa Woody.

My experience as an intern in the Chamber’s Tourism Development Division has been eye opening to say the least. Part of each day is spent discovering history that I was not aware of, even though it has been all around me in my hometown. I am visiting parks and attractions with different eyes as I now understand the historical applications that they hold.

In the process of learning so much and rediscovering my hometown, I hope to share my perspective and thoughts with you through my future blogs.

I look forward to conveying the uniqueness and beauty that is Bradley County and its surrounding areas and attractions.

Let the journey begin!
Emily Jackson
