Executive Chef
Chef Wesley True is a two-time James Beard semi-finalist for “Best Chef South” and has been featured in ‘Beat Bobby Flay’ and most notably Top Chef Season 13. Wesley was raised in Mobile, AL & graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where he spent many years cooking in Michelin Star kitchens. He combines his love of classic Italian with generous southern hospitality to create a contemporary local restaurant where you can feel right at home.

Our private dining area seats up to 35 guests and is completely secluded from the main restaurant. Available as one large event space, or converted to three smaller spaces, our private dining area is flexible to fit your needs.
The room features a gorgeous stone fireplace, separate entrance, double doors leading out to a covered patio, curtained windows for privacy, private restrooms, and three televisions with full A/V capabilities.
There is a full restaurant buy-out option that is available for large groups over 50 guests.
